The routine is specially created for those who have current neck, ankle, knee, or wrist injuries. All the props give you the support you need to perform the core exercises. Please consult your physiotherapist if you are facing spinal condition, disc herniation, sciatica sensitivity etc. before performing the workout.
The exercises improve strength, flexibility, and suppleness of the muscles of the hip and shoulder girdle.
This routine is also suitable for those who are looking for a beginner’s core workout.
