it’s all about our ARMS!
Today we are going to do a 180 reps ARM WORKOUT focusing on our SHOULDERS, BICEPS & TRICEPS using only resistance band! You can do this workout even if you have a tiny space! No jumping involved yay!
There are 6 exercises all together, each exercise 10 reps, repeating everything for 3 sets, 30 seconds to 1 minute rest in between each set! I will be demostrating the exercises with different types of resistance band each time!
