這套動作是參考Pawanmuktasana Series 的 Part 1 動作,利用有意識的呼吸配合轉動關節讓練習者釋放關節中的緊張,對風濕尤其有幫助,並能提升協調性,自身察覺力和自信。

動作非常簡單,可以坐到椅子上進行,我們將以郁動關節為主,由腳趾開始到頸,過程配合有意識的呼吸,慢慢不同方位去轉動關節,分享給身邊有需要的人吧!
