流瑜伽、流動瑜伽或動態瑜伽 (Vinyasa),顧名思義是流動性的練習,隨著呼吸節奏串連式子,每個式子之間不會停留太久,需要一定的氣和力量,如果你是第一次接觸瑜伽或有高血壓人仕就不適合流瑜伽了。

我們先以核心肌群動作warm up,再續步動起全身,伸展和訓練身體各部位的瑜伽,讓全身得到應有的照料 :D。30分鐘流動瑜伽,隨著呼吸全身動起來,鍛錬力量和柔軟度 。

抱歉今次的角度把我壓偏了 (即肥) XD,但式子看得清楚的,專心指令、專注自己,別把注意力放到畫面就可以了。
