It is a fun home workout without using much space! Really Great for those who don’t have a gym membership/want to workout at home but do not have much space! I will do this workout if I don’t have time/ too lazy to go to gym!
Workout Breakdown:
CIRCUIT 1
Squat X 15
Dolphin Plank X 15
Glute Bridge w/ Kick X 8 each leg
REPEAT 3 TIMES
CIRCUIT 2
Curtsy Lunge Hop X 10 each side
Knee Tuck Extension X 10 each leg
REPEAT 3 TIMES
CIRCUIT 3
3 Ways Lunges to Balance X 15 each side
Squat Jump to side w/ Touch X 10 each side
Reverse Plank Toe Touch X 10 each side
REPEAT 3 TIMES
30sec – 1min rest in between circuit
