I managed to get down to the gym today at Kratos Performance Studio, and had a chance to workout with Elvis, who is an experienced personal trainer and the owner of Cecilia Cafe. If you ever need access to great healthy food option in Central, make sure you give his restaurant a visit.
Here below is the chest and back workout routine that we did, and it consisted 3 groups of push x pull superset.

A1. Barbell Bench Press 5 x 5 reps [PUSH]
A2. Weighted Pull Ups 5 x 5 reps [PULL]
B1. Inclined Chest Press 3 x 8-12 reps [PUSH]
B2. Cable Lat Pull Down 3 x 8-12 reps [PULL]
C1. Cable Chest Press 3 x 12-15 reps [PUSH]
C2. Seated Row 3 x 12-15 reps [PULL]
