【HOME WORKOUT】- EP02 – Quarantine Workout with my dog Cookie // Awaken Personal Training
The Hong Kong government has finally decided to shut all the gym across the city. As a personal trainer, I would be stuck at home for the next 14 days. This episode I have decided to do a part of my workout with my lovely companion, Cookie. We actually own 2 dogs, but Cookie is the more athletic one so I have decided I would star him first. The workout consist of 3 parts:
PART A – 2 SETS OF
A1. Russian Twist – 30 seconds
A2. Goblet Squat – 20 reps
PART B – 30 SECONDS ON/ 15 SECONDS REST x 3 SETS
B1. Burpees
B2. Squat Jumps
B3. Toe Touch Sit Ups
PART C – 3 SETS OF
C1. Push ups – 20 reps
C2. Step Forward Lunges – 20 reps (Alternate)
PART D – COOL DOWN
D1. Tricep Stretch
D2. Elevated Pigeon
