【HOME WORKOUT】- EP04 – 20 MINS HOME LEG WORKOUT // Awaken Personal Training
Hi, I am your trainer – Eugene. Welcome back to another episode of Quarantine Home Workout. Today we will be burning your legs and building booties!
Today, all you will need for your workout is, yourself, a chair or a sofa, a yoga mat, and kitchen timer. The workout consist of 3 main parts follow by a stretch to finish off. I have filmed this using a real-time method so you could play along a follow the workout on your big screen TV.
THE WOKROUT:

PART A – WARM UP – Mobility and Activation (1 minute each)
A1. Hip 90:90
A2. Cossack Squat
A3. Glute Bridge Hold
PART B – CORE TABATA (20 seconds each)
B1. Elbow Plank Push Ups
B2. V Sit Knee Tucks
B3. Toe Touches
B4. Hollowbody Hold
REPEAT ONCE
PART C – Tempo Leg Workout – 3 Sets
C1. Bulgarian Splits Squats 15 reps (41×0)
C2. Goblet Squat (2020)
C3. Glute Bridge Hip Thrust (2110)
PART D – LEG FINISHER!!
D1. Squat Jumps 100 reps AS FAST AS POSSIBLE
