Neck and shoulder stiffness and pain is quite common among white collars or anyone spending too much time on their smart phone or computer!
Have a try at the shoulder mobility test, followed by a Stretch Therapy stretching routine, which could ease discomfort in those areas, allowing better sleep. It can be done sitting on the bed too just before bedtime!
