These are the 4 BEST exercises (in my opinion) for growing a Peach Butt! Of crouse there are more exercises out there but these 4 are the most effective and fun ones to do! (again in my opinion…^^)
Doing SQUAT is not bad at all! It is a compound movement and you can train/hit several areas in 1 movement! Sounds good right?! It helps to train you butt, AS WELL AS your thigh, calfs and abs. So if you want to have a bigger butt without growing too much on other areas, squat is not an ideal option. And therefore, here we are, the 4 more effective exercises for a peach butt!
