睡得多不等於睡得好,而且很多人都習慣直到睡前一刻仍在看電視、看電話、玩電腦,甚至還在工作 (:D),腦袋仍在活躍中,即使睡著,質素也不會好。

來吧!脫下整天戴著的面具,穿上睡衣,坐到床上,放軟身心,給自己睡前15分鐘續漸安靜下來,開始進入休息狀態,晚安!

註:
平常瑜伽練習請勿在床上進行,床墊太軟不是每個動作都適合在床上做的啊!
