由下犬式去拱橋好處:唔需要週街瞓底咁污糟 🤣 (kidding)
🏃🏾♀️ 最近開始跑返下步,跑完我鍾意做一個backbend,幫助伸展胸腔加深呼吸,仲可以伸展埋hip flexors,downdog 又可以stretch 埋後腿 🤗
教學片中含10分鐘左右的熱身,13:30 開始一步步拆解如何去轉到去拱橋。如果未做到拱橋的話,就先留在wild thing,同樣可以伸展胸腔,舒展身心。
