【HOME WORKOUT】- EP01 – COVID-19? Pfff.. PARK SPRINTS AND TABATA WORKOUT // Awaken Personal Training
I know that currently everybody is panicking over the spread of COVID-19. It has impacted the world massively, stopping everybody from getting on with their daily lives. It has certainly impacted me as a personal trainer who is based in Hong Kong, and particularly this week where it is expected high risk of a ‘second wave’ of the virus hitting the city. A lot of my clients and friends who are regular gym goers, they also had been suspended from going to the gym.
As the current sitution is about to get worse, I have decided to start our own YouTube Channel and focuses on providing some Online Training Materials so hopefully you could still do a little bit of exercise during this global pandemic and strengthen our immune system.

WORKOUT ROUTINE:
Mobility Warm up:
1. Downward Dog Variation
2. Squat to Pike
3. Walking Lunges
Part A:
10 Length of Sprints across Basketball Court (Width)
30 seconds rest between sets
5 sets total.
Part B:
Tabata 20 Seconds On, 10 Seconds Rest
1. Reverse Lunges
2. Mountain Climbers
3. V-Sit Hold
4. Push Ups
Repeat
