這節15分鐘的瑜伽是屬於中級強度,練習中我們會嘗試數個中等難度的動作,包括弓式,犁式和拱橋,這些式子有助改善背肌的力量和強化脊柱。初學者建議多練習初級的式子,再嘗試這些動作。
This class is intermediate level which we are going to try various poses like bow pose, wheel pose and plow pose. These poses help strengthen our back muscles and spine. There are modifications provided for beginners.
